5. Shipping and Delivery
EcoHeaven ships within the EU. Delivery times vary depending on destination.
All estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to carrier performance.
Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (Portugal’s implementation of the EU Consumer Rights Directive), you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw without providing any reason.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods using the same payment method used for purchase.

Products sold by EcoHeaven are covered by the established under Decree-Law 84/2021. If an item is defective or not as described, please contact us for repair, replacement, or refund.
